Rocky Mountain health and Wellness provides a comprehensive range of medical services-diagnosing and managing most acute and chronic illnesses and injuries for individuals, children and families.

ADULT MEDICINE
Preventive and routine services as well as care for both acute and chronic illness. On site laboratory with a full range of studies and specialty testing is available. Blood, saliva, urine and stool testing is available and sent to specialty labs. We focus on primary prevention and identify the underlying cause for illnesses rather than just treating the symptoms. We work collaboratively with other health care providers, specialists, and practitioners when it is necessary to achieve optimal outcomes for our patients.
GYNECOLOGY
Well women exams including pap tests, clinical breast exams, family planning, pre-conception counseling, contraceptive counseling, and the management of pre-menstrual symptoms, menstrual migraines, and pre-menopausal and menopausal symptoms.
PEDIATRICS/ADOLESCENT HEALTH
Well baby and child care including routine exams and services. We provide nutritional counseling to parents and caregivers to promote optimal growth and development. Age appropriate health maintenance and risk reduction strategies are provided recognizing that genetic, environmental and social factors impact health and well-being. Immunization referral provided with parent request.
MINOR PROCEDURES
Removal of minor lesions, skin tags, moles and warts. Excision of epidermal cysts or boils, and punch or shave biopsies of suspicious skin lesions.
WEIGHT LOSS COUNSELING
Evaluation of life-style and diet, with recommendations and guidance provided. Coaching and motivating patients to make the necessary lifestyle changes needed to achieve weight loss goals and maintain weight loss. Close follow through with medications if indicated.
HORMONE MANAGEMENT FOR MEN AND WOMEN
Hormone testing for Cortisol/ACTH, androgens, estrogens, progesterone, and testosterone is provided when medically necessary. The hormone evaluation is based on individual symptoms and is collected via serum (blood), saliva or urine testing.
Bio-identical hormones are compounded by local pharmacies.
We offer a non-hormonal approach to management of all menopausal symptoms if desired.
IMMUNIZATIONS AND VACCINATIONS
We do perform TB skin testing and administer Adult Tetanus vaccinations. Pneumonia and influenza vaccinations are provided to individuals utilizing preservative and mercury free flu vaccine.
NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING
We educate our patients, of all ages, on the importance of healthy diet recognizing that most chronic illness and disease is caused by poor nutrition.
