Cynthia Culp is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Eagle, Idaho.

Cynthia has over 30 years of health care experience and is committed to providing quality individualized health care to her patients and their families. She focuses on prevention and motivates her patients to take an active role in managing their health care.

Cynthia completed the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree at Gonzaga University in 1997. She is actively pursuing an advanced certification in Functional Medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine.

Kara DeLacy is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Eagle, Idaho.

Kara graduated with honors from Washington State University with her Masters in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree (FNP). Kara volunteered her time in various community service programs while attending graduate school at Washington State University. She was the recipient of the Washington State Humanitarian Service Award.

Colleen Shackelford is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Eagle, Idaho.

Colleen is thrilled to join the team at Rocky Mountain Health and Wellness. She completed a Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She completed a Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the University of Portland in Oregon. Colleen is certified in Family Practice (FNP) and has a special interest in pediatric and adolescent preventative care and wellness. She is pursing additional education in functional medicine.

Colleen is married and has a 2 1/2 year-old rambunctious son, Owen.  They live in Eagle, Idaho.
